Essential Fatty Acids - Balance Your Omega-3, 6!

Many cancer specialists agree that cancer cannot thrive in an oxygen-rich environment. Low oxygen levels in cells are due to inadequate levels of undamaged 'parent' essential fatty acids (PEFAs) in the tissue cells' membranes. PEFAs act as 'oxygen magnets', which attract the oxygen in the bloodstream and pull it through the membrane into the cell. Without a correct ratio of undamaged PEFAs, diets of organic produce, vitamins or fiber will be effective in the fight against cancer.

  1. Hi,

I found it interesting. I think it would be great if you can addn case files (with changed names of course) that citen your experiences with those who come to you for advice on nutrition. It would also h lp if you can give tips on what kind of diet should be followed by young people who have high cholestrol levels.

These are just suggestions. Keep writing please.

  2. I would like to add a testimonials section to my blog, which is why I'm moving to my own hosted blog and using Wordpress since it is a bit more advanced and may be able to handle an additinal posting area such as this. Or as you suggest (if that isn't possible) I could log them myself, but I think coming from others such as with these comments, it may be even more credible. I look forward to hearing back from those who have tried the products and nutritional suggestions I have made.

As for diets for high cholesterol, there is a great deal of research and general dietary recommendation out there, but what has become more and more widely believed is that inflammation is a precursor to high cholesterol, which is believed to be caused by the effects of the inflammation on the arterial walls. I know that addressing the root problem of inflammation may go a long way toward reducing cholesterol levels.

You might want to look into LimuPlus, which I've written an article about in this blog (see the table of contents to the top right), and from the link in the blog post, look for the tesimonials link on that LimuPlus product page. Many people have realized a variety of benefits including help with cholesterol levels, due to the anti-inflammatory nature of the product.
